  History:  

 

Le Parasol daycare was founded in 2006 by the Anne-Hébert School Parents' Association (Association de Parents de l’École Anne-Hébert - APEAH).

  Our philosophy:  

​

In accordance with the Provincial Child Care Licensing Regulation, The Community Care and Assisted Living Act, the program reflects the philosophy of the school. We are committed to providing care services that encourage emotional, social, cognitive and physical development. We emphasize inclusiveness, multiculturalism, interdependence and dignity.

We offer the students of Anne-Hébert a variety of French-language activities in a warm and safe environment.

 Volunteering within the association (APEAH):

Please get involved and volunteer in the APEAH as a volunteer parent to sit in the roles of president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer or regular members of the Board.  Parasol Committee : 

​

 

The main tasks of our committee are :

1. Provide the necessary support to the director of the service in order to establish a work policy.

2. Review and approve the annual budget.

3. Hold monthly meetings with Le Parasol management to review the service and make decisions.

​

The involvement of the students' parents is essential to ensure the continuity of the daycare service. ​ ​
